Description of the problem	Fuse block melting vehicle started ok. After traveling approx. 10 minutes i stopped turned vehicle off. Upon returning to vehicle it failed to start. I then had vehicle towed to a ford dealer. Ford dealers diagnosed it needed a fuse relocation kit tsb 15-0137 parts and labor approx. $350. 00
