| Description of the problem | My f150 has a three piece rear window with the defogger. While driving i turned on the defogger. Minutes later the passenger side rear stationary window shattered. After researching the internet i found out this is a common problem with this model. I feel ford needs to address this problem by recalling and repairing the electrical system that is causing this failure. Excessive heat could cause a fire. The burden should not be on the insurance company and individual owner to bear the cost. |
