| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2009 ford f150. While driving between 40 to 50 mph the vehicle began to vibrate excessively. The dealer was unable to duplicate the failure during a test drive; however, they stated that the failure could be related to the frame assembly. The zone manager and the field engineer from ford also test drove the vehicle and were unable to duplicate the failure. The contact stated that the vibration occurred after purchasing the vehicle at 300 miles. The failure mileage was 300 and the current mileage was 8,600. |
