Description of the problem	Seat belt mechanism in the drivers side, rear door fails to recoil back therefore, the main mechanism at the bottom twists and i am not able to extend the seat belt safely unless i reopen the door and unwind the seat belt (this happens before i put my truck in motion and sometimes i do not realize it is twisted until the vehicle is in motion and i have to pull over and untwist the seat belt)..... Also, this has caused the rubber/plastic piece along the side of the floor on the drivers side to tear, exposing wires, which are also a safety issue.
