Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2009 ford f-150. The contact stated that the combination lock and key fob failed to unlock the vehicle. The contact mentioned that he was able to start the engine but was unable to move the vehicle since the transmission was locked. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic.
