| Description of the problem | Dt*: the contact stated the side view mirror glass on both mirrors did not stay stationary while driving over rough roads at any speed. The mirrors pointed downwards, obscuring the view of the driver. The vehicle was taken to a service dealer, where the mirrors were replaced. The problems persisted, so the vehicle was taken to a second service dealer, who informed the contact that a second replacement would do no good. The manufacturer was notified. Updated 10/31/2006 - the manufacturer refused any assistance. *nm |
