| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2006 ford f-150. The contact received a recall notice for the brake boost vacuum hose and took the vehicle in for repairs. A few days later, he noticed that the rear bumper was hanging down slightly. After further inspection, he also noticed that the rear quarter panel on the passenger side was dented. He called the dealer and they stated that the damage must have been done after the repairs were made. The manufacturer stated that each dealer was responsible for damages done at the time of repair and advised him to speak with the dealer for compensation. The vehicle has not been repaired.
