| Description of the problem | The rear of the frame has nearly completely broken through both sides of the frame causing the bed of the vehicle to contact the rear cab of the vehicle. Both sides are completely rusted through causing a safety concern as the rear of the vehicle could completely separate from the front end. I started noticing a tapping sound coming from the back end of the vehicle on feb 5, 2020, which was about a week ago. After researching the noise i noticed that the top of the bed was touching the cab while the bottom of the bed was about 4-5 inches from the cab. After inspecting the frame of the truck at the rear, i saw that the frame was nearly completely rusted through on both sides. |
