| Description of the problem | Tl-the contact owns a 2006 ford f-150. The contact stated that while accelerating or decelerating, the vehicle suddenly hesitated. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the contact was informed that there were only two quarts of oil in the engine instead of the seven it was supposed to contain; the dealer could not figure out why the vehicle was losing so much oil. The dealer also stated that the timing chain caused the vehicle to hesitate. The failure mileage was approximately 23,400 and the current mileage was 23,423.
