| Description of the problem | My 2006 ford f-150 had a spark plug broke off and now the only way to fix this is to remove the head approx 3000. 00 to correct. Ford says they are aware of the problem but they refuse to do anything about it. The vehicle only has 45,000 miles and the truck is now non drivable. Why aren't they being held accountable for something when they know it is a problem with this style vehicle. |
