| Description of the problem | Hello i own a 2004 f150 i was driving and my drivers side window slid down for no reason i researched the problem and found that this is a common problem among 2004 f150 trucks the window regulator has a plastic part that fails i was lucky that it was a clear day if i had been driving in snow or other heavy inclement weather i would have been in trouble is this agency investigation this issue?
