| Description of the problem | While driving on the interstate the drivers side window, without warning, fell down into the door. I heard a popping sound and the window disappeared. I feel this is a safety issue because of the sudden distraction could have caused me to loose control of the vehicle. I looked at your web site and discovered this a common problem with this truck and believe ford should be required to address the issue. |
