| Description of the problem | I parked my 04 f150 in a public parking lot, locked it, and shut the door. I heard a popping sound, turned around and my drivers side passenger window was down. I opened the passenger door, and the window had fallen down in the door. I tried to roll it up and it did nothing but make a grinding noise. From what i've read, it has happened to countless ford pick ups. I can't afford to fix yet, so i have a piece of wood wedged in the door to hold the window in place. There really should be a recall on this defect. |
