| Description of the problem | 2004 ford f-150 side windows fall down. I have owned this truck less than 1 and a half years and have replaced two regulators to fix this problem. My concern is the danger of these windows when you are traveling along and they just fall down into door. Concerned that a child will be hurt while in the vehicle because there is no warning, the window just falls and no more window. At that point you have no protection from the elements, how do you get safely off the road in a bad rain storm with no driver window or if a child would be in a child safety seat in inclement weather and you would be on a major highway. I know ford has remade this part several times but is not informing the public of this hazard. |
