| Description of the problem | Both rear windows in my 2004 ford f150 broke at the same time and the windows dropped to the floor. I have had these replaced twice already and they keep breaking. I was just sting at a light then heard something like a rock hit the side of the truck then the window just dropped it was the cables that hold the windows up snapping. I have three very young children and live where there are extreme temps. I cannot have my young children exposed to these kind of environments. Ford is the only place to get these parts because they know there is a problem with them. |
