| Description of the problem | I was going to my truck and i realized that the driver's side window was down. When i tried to raise it, it made a grinding noise and would not budge. All of my personal belongings were in my truck and someone could have easily taken them. I will not be able to go to work or school with the window down and i am not paying to have it repaired. This is ford's responsibility. Something needs to be done about this issue. |
