| Description of the problem | I attempted to put my passenger side window down & it crashed down into the door with the glass shattering as it dropped into the door frame. Approximately two years ago i had the drivers side window looked at it sounded strange on operation. Ford dealers disagreed. One month later the window failed to operate & ford fixed the window at their cost. I also had them check all of the other windows because they too did not sound correct when operating and nothing was found wrong at that time. I am now without a window & will contact ford about this problem & hope they will fix it at their expense as i feel this should not be my responsibility for a truck that is only 5 yrs old. |
