| Description of the problem | I have a 2004 ford f-150 fx4. I bought this truck last september and it has 42000 miles on it. For the past week my window has been making a grinding sound like maybe sand in the parts when i roll it down. Today the window popped and fell down. I feel this is a safety hazard to me or any passengers. I took the door panel off and the pieces that look broken are plastic. I refuse to pay $400. 00 to get it fixed. |
