| Description of the problem | I have a 2004 ford f150 lariat supercrew. On 6/11/09 i rolled all the windows down to air out the vehicle and then rolled them back up and heard a loud pop coming from the right rear window. Then the glass just fell down into the door. On 6/22/09, the same thing happened to the left rear window. After searching on-line i discovered that this is a very common problem with other owners of ford f-150s. I then called ford and they would not do anything to resolve the issue. I hope you guys can make them bear responsibility for these obvious defects. |
