| Description of the problem | I own a 2004 fore f-150 crewcab. In june 2007 the driver window failed during operation. It was repaired by an independent mechanic for $262. 20. In march 2008 the passenger window failed during similar circumstances. The same mechanic repaired the window for $266. 91. In june 2009 the rear passenger window failed during operation. My husband and i have identified the failed part within the regulator and are seeking to repair it ourselves. We are eagerly awaiting the rear driver window to fail and hope we are not driving at highway speeds when in it happens. |
