Description of the problem	I have a 2004 f-150. The window regulator broke and the window will not go up. This is the second time this has happened. The first time my truck was parked in a parking lot not being used while i was in afghanistan. It was taken to the local louisiana ford dealership where they said it happened all the time. I was charged around $400 for the repair. About 4 months later the same problem happened while my parents were driving with my 2 year old daughter in the truck. I once again contacted the local ohio ford dealership and the repair cost is going to be about the same as last time. I talked with the service manager who gave me the ford customer care number. Ford does not seem to care that this problem is happening. They told me that there was nothing they could do other than document my concern. I was given this website to file a formal complaint, and am amazed at how many other people are having the same problem. I have contacted the federal trade commission and filed a complaint with them as well as notifying my state attorney general. A onetime problem is understandable but for this to happen twice to my truck and seeing how many other people have had the same problem is pathetic. I hope the nhtsa inspectors see how many people are having this problem and force ford to correct it. Please have ford recall this part before someone gets hurt, or a truck being stolen over a faulty piece of plastic. Thanks
