| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2004 ford f-150. The contact stated that all four window regulators stopped working on his vehicle. Within two weeks of each other, the regulators completely failed. When the last regulator failed, the driver's side window shattered inward while driving approximately 65 mph. Prior to the failure, the contact heard a loud popping sound. He took the vehicle to the dealer after the first failure and was provided the necessary part to repair the vehicle himself. He filed a complaint with the manufacturer. The current mileage was approximately 60,000 and failure mileage was approximately 50,000. |
