| Description of the problem | I was driving when i heard a loud pop! At that point my driver side window rolled down and couldn't be rolled back up. Ford said they would look at it for 200. 00 and that was just to look at it. I tore into it myself and found the window regulator to be broken. Ford wants to charge me 198. 00 for the whole assembly. This i believe to be rediculous. Also my passenger side window does not want to role up with the passenger side control so that is inopporative. One more thing my cruise control doesn't work half of the time. My major complaint though is the window regulator as this seems to be a major problem with ford components and even the ford mechanics i talk to say this is a big problem. |
