| Description of the problem | I have had to replace the drivers side window and regulator twice on my f 150 truck. As i was putting the widow up each time i heard a loud screeching noise as it approached the top of the door, then i heard the breaking of glass inside the door, then the window dropped completely down inside the door and it will not come up. This is twice i have had to replace it at a cost of about $400. This occurred on 02-25-2009. The first time was approximately two years ago. I searched the internet and found this is not an uncommon problem with the 2004 f150 fx4. I do not believe i should have to pay $400. Every two years just to roll up my window. |
