| Description of the problem | 3 months ago my driver side window fell into the door frame. It was still under warranty so the dealership replaced the window regulator. Last week the same thing happened to the passenger side window and i am no longer covered by warranty. It is apparent that this is a very common issue with 2004 ford f150's and ford should step up to the plate and recall these regulators. It is very irresponsible of ford to require their customers to pay for their faulty engineering. I was not even using the passenger side window when it fell into the door frame. |
