Description of the problem	My f150 lariat supercrew 4x4 only has 19,000 miles on it and is very well kept. While power rolling my window up, i heard a loud bang, like my truck had been hit. Upon inspection i noted that my driver side front window would not stay up. After contacting my local ford dealer (advantage ford) i was informed that it was a faulty window regulator unit and that it was a common problem. I contacted ford in the desire for them to fix this free of charge (warranty had expired based on years but not miles). They would not do so. The dealership charges $365 to fix the window or you can purchase the part for $150 and do it yourself if you are so inclined. I have found numerous reports of this problem with these trucks online and this part should be recalled by ford and fixed free of charge.
