| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2004 ford f150. The contact stated that the two rear windows and the driver side windows all fell down into the door frame. The dealer stated that the regulator failed. The contact went to two different dealers and each one repaired one window at the contact's expense. The dealers stated that they would reimburse her, but the contact has not yet received any compensation. The dealers further stated that they would not pay for the third window at all, although the contact believes this is their responsibility. There are no recalls on these windows. The failure mileage was 58,000. |
