| Description of the problem | I went to put up the passenger side rear window, heard a snap, then the window sank into the door. This is a safety issue, both potentially for theft and for injury. I am no longer covered under warranty, for this issue. There are many ford f150 owners experiencing the same issue, on multiple windows and is an ongoing issue. I am having the window regulator replaced at significant expense. I've owned vehicles 10 years and never had this problem, and yes, they were fords too. |
