| Description of the problem | 2 door windows fell into the front right, and driver's rear door - regulator assemblies. Loud bang before they fell. Fell on the same day within 1 hour apart. The first, i was going approximately 10 to 15 miles per hour, and the 2nd i was parked in my driveway. Almost $600 to have both repaired. After much researching, there is no recall on these regulator assemblies, although hundreds, if not thousands, have had the same problem. I contacted ford for reimbursement, and received no response. |
