| Description of the problem | Driver's windshield wiper leaves 6" blind spot uncleared/unwiped in line of sight along driver's windshield pillar. Almost hit pedestrian as a result of not being able to see. Also pulled out at intersection in front of another car because unable to see. Dealer can not fix because the wiper is "keyed" to that position only. Ford has been unwilling to resolve issue. Other owners complaining of safety hazard too. *ak |
