| Description of the problem | While driving in a funeral processional in the rain my back passenger window just fell. My family were soaked, we did find a trashbag and taped it up but i missed part of my mother-in-law's funeral so my wife was upset beyond words. I thought that it just jumped the track but no such luck. So i ridged it up till i could take it to the shop. A month later my drivers front window fell while driving in 60 degree weather. I took it to the dealer and the warranty had just expired . $860. 00 out of pocket. I went home and looked it up on the internet and found hundreds of complaints on this regulator that ford should take responsibility for and recall. Other models has not had this problem. So as long as i own this truck i will have to drive around waiting for the next window to fall. |
