| Description of the problem | The window/motor regulator assembly failed in both my drivers door and rear passenger door within months of each other. Both times i was on highways or toll roads when the windows fell in the door and i was unable to pull off to remedy the situation. After searching for remedies online i have found that this a common problem with ford trucks. Why hasn't ford offered a recall for this failure. When my drivers door window fell i was doing 50 mph on a toll road in the middle of a heavy rain storm. I consider this a safety hazard. |
