| Description of the problem | 2004 ford f150 lariat window regulators failing. I have had two window regulators fail while driving my truck which causes the window to drop unexpectedly into the door cavity which causes alarm to the driver possibly contributing to loss of control of the vehicle. Ford is aware of this condition and refuses to correct the issue. It is a serious safety risk. The windows were not being operated at the time of failure. They just dropped leaving the window open at 75 mph on the highway. |
