| Description of the problem | Tl * the contact owns a 2004 ford f-150. The contact stated that while trying to close the power window, he heard a popping noise and the window fell into the door panel. The contact mentioned that the failure occurred on three of the four windows. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the cables and the actuator assembly needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure who did not offer any assistance since the vehicle was out of warranty. The vehicle was not repaired.
