| Description of the problem | The drivers window fell down into the door while truck was moving. I was unable to get the window back up. I was in a remote location, driving over a snowy mountain pass. He window regulator failed, and i understand this is a common occurrence, and i can expect more of the same in the future. This is a potential for a crash as it is a startling event, and a serious immediate distraction. |
