| Description of the problem | This is unbelievable that ford can get away with these junk regulators on my 2004 ford f150 supercrew !!!!! My daughter was looking out over the rear window holding on to it, and laughing at me while i was washing the truck when the [xxx] thing just broke causing her to fall and hit her face off the door panel !!! Then i go online and find 1000's of complaints that ford won't do anything about, so now i have to repair this at my own expense. Ford needs to replace these before someone else gets hurt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6) |
