| Description of the problem | My ford f-150 drivers window popped extremely loud and fell into the door. I was driving on the highway when this took place and it made me jerk the wheel because i thought another car had hit me. I have done some research on this and it appears this is a systemic problem with ford. I would consider this a serious safety issue with the ford product. The window just falls for no reason and apparently the dealer is taking advantage of the situation and over charging. According to the web discussions, countless complaints have been made with ford and ntsb over this issue. This makes both organizations liable because of notifications made. Ignorance is not an excuse! This is not an isolated issue but systemic with ford. Just read some of the stories posted and you will be alarmed at the incidents. As always, until a deaths are recorded, this matter will be shelved. The consumer should be recognized since we are the ones paying for the products and supporting business. I will also being posting this on the nbc news website as well. |
