| Description of the problem | I have a 2004 ford f-150 truck, and while my wife was driving to work one morning wham the drivers side window came crashing down and she nearly wrecked due to the scare. My complaint is the regulator has gone out. I looked into having this repaired and was shocked as to how many complaints their were on this exact same issue. I have had to replace the regulator and am wondering what it will take before ford or nhtsa does something "recall" . I pray that it does not take the loss of life to have this piece of plastic replaced. |
