Description of the problem	Power window regulator failure on both driver and passenger side windows of 2004 ford 150 super cab. A total of 3 failures have occurred in the past 2 years (2 driver side and 1 passenger side). The two most recent failures occurred this month within 3 days of each other. The window fails without warning and falls down inside of the door. This can be a problem if the failure occurs during inclement weather. In order to make the window stay up, the door has to be disassembled and something placed in the door to hold the window up until parts can be ordered and installed. I have used a 2 x 4 and zip ties as a temporary fix to hold the window up inside the door until parts are obtained and the repairs made. My temporary fix keeps the window up, but there is no way to let the window down in the event of an emergency. But having the window stuck in the up position is much better than leaving the window down and risking damage to the interior from weather or theft.
