| Description of the problem | I own a 2004 ford f150, three of my window regulators had to be replaced due to poor design from ford. The front two were still under warranty, & the right rear which was replaced last month 08/2010 i had to pay out of pocket. Reading all of the prior complains, i had similar situations. The windows just simply fall down without any notice. One of the incidents my family & i were on the freeway & when one of the window regulators went out it caused a loud sound, we actually thought someone had hit us. Soon after the sound of the wind not circulating properly was making our ears hurt. This is a safety matter that needs to be addressed by ford!! |
