| Description of the problem | Tl-the contact owns a 2004 ford f150. While driving 40 mph the passenger side window slid down into the door. He stated the window was up at the time. He stated he tried to use the automatic button on the driver side to get the window back up but that did not work. He stated the window was still down in the door. He has called an authorized dealer and they advised him to repair the window the cost could be $424. 00. The contact stated about a year and a half ago the driver's side window was repaired for the same failure. The contact was unable to provide a vin.
