| Description of the problem | 3 months ago my rear passenger window on my 2004 f-150 failed and came crashing down, ford refuses to replace it, now my driver door window has done the same thing and almost caused me to wreck due to startling me, ford refuses to address the issue due to a faulty regulator in the door or defective. Something needs to be done about this immediately. This is a safety issue due to the window just crashing down while your driving. |
