| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2004 ford f-150 super duty truck. While driving approximately 55 mph the front drivers side window fell down involuntarily. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who installed a new window actuator on the front driver side. Approximately 9 months later, the front passenger side window experienced the same failure. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where a second window actuator was installed on the front passenger side. Approximately 4 years later, the failure recurred on the rear passenger side window. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 10,000 and the current mileage was 40,000. |
