| Description of the problem | This is my second complaint about my 2004 ford crew cab, i now have had all four of my window regulators fail on my truck. Each time $350. 00 dollars. Coming home from a trip with 2 co-workers a back window fell in my truck and i had to drop off my co-workers and drive home by myself at midnight. This was very scary for all of us. When is ford going to put the safety of humans above money and recall this defect. I now believe that my drivers window is fixing to drop again and who has the money to keep fixing windows with the economy in failure. Maybe i can get a bailout to fix my window or better yet buy myself a new chevy pickup. |
