Description of the problem	In 2009, my 2004 ford f-150 trucks rear driver's side window fell inside the door just as i returned home with both of my toddler children in car seats in the back seat. The glass did not break, but it was a frightening experience for myself and my daughters. I took the truck to my local ford dealership where i bought the truck from and where i also have the truck serviced and i was charged $400 for the window to be repaired. Just this month (june 2010), my right front passenger's window fell inside the door while i was at work. Luckily, nothing was stolen from the truck and no one was injured. When i took the truck again to the same dealership, they again told me it would be another $400 to repair it. I complained and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I am very upset about this incident. I have bought ford vehicles since i first got my driver's license 20 years ago and i am very upset by the way ford has treated it's customers. I just hope that the next two windows that have not fallen yet will not injure me, my wife or my children when they decide to fall.
