| Description of the problem | My 2004 ford f150 has had both rear window regulators fail within 30 days. The first failed on its own. Like others, i walked up to my truck and found the window down on the first failure. The second broke yesterday when i attempted to lower the window. I am a loyal ford customer. I am 44 years old and between me, my wife , and child, we have owned a total of 14 ford products. I am very concerned with the amount of complaints i am seeing with this product. If ford does not make this right by conducting a recall, they will be losing many very loyal customers. |
