| Description of the problem | Came out to my car after work and the window was down. It had rained that afternoon the whole truck was wet. I tried to roll it up and the window made an awful grinding noise like there was sand or glass caught in the gears. On my way home it started to rain again. The rain blew in the window and i couldn't drive. I pulled over and had to wait for it to stop while the rain poured into my car. I went to ford for advice and the mechanic got in my car pushed the switch for no more than 1 second, told me it was a common repair, the regulator, and told me it was $400. 00 to repair the issue. I know other ford owners who have had the same problem and the same experience with ford. This is absurd! |
