Description of the problem	I was driving my 2004 ford f150 supercrew truck. I just turned on the aircondition because it was over 90 degrees outside. I lowered the rear windows to help cool the inside quicker. I heard this loud thud and then a grinding sound as the windows are lowered. I got worried. I then raised the windows and while the right rear window went up, the left rear window did not. Instead i heard a grinding sound again. I noticed that the left window is still open. I decided to leave it open since my destination is close by. When i got to my destination, i tried to operate the windows a couple more times to try to close it, but nothing was happening. Since i'm worried that something may happen to the truck and everything i had inside, i decided to sleep in the back seat of the truck that night. The following day, i searched the internet to find out how to remove the door panel to determine the problem. I found out instead that there were a lot of complaints regarding the window regulator on 2004 and 2005 f150, in addition to the information i wanted. When i opened the door panel, i found out that the cable is loose and bent. The plastic window regulator has mangled the cable, leaving the window down. I'm now trying to find out how to remove the window regulator to replace it.
