| Description of the problem | I own a 2004 f150 ford pickup, i have had to replace the window regulator 2 times in 1 year. This is a serious issue, when the regulator breaks the window just comes crashing down. Ford motor company has not recalled or done anything about this problem and come to find out there have been hundreds of consumers with the same problem. It appears the plastic clip in the regulator is what breaks, unfortunately the clip cannot be replaced so each time a complete regulator must be purchased the cost has been $400. 00 each time. This is ridiculous!!! Any help on your part would greatly be appreciated. |
