| Description of the problem | I have a 2004 ford f-150 supercrew 2wd truck. I was driving down the road the other day and tried to put my driver side window down. When i pressed the power button the window made a loud grinding sound then the window itself fell down into the door. I was unable to get it back up and had to leave it down for 4 days before i had time to take the side panel off and see that the factory power window regulator cables had become tangled inside its pulley. I did a search online and found that im not the only one who has had this problem. After seeing well over 1000 complaints on this same problem i decided to file my own complaint, hoping that ford does a recall so this doesn't happen to anyone else. |
